7-Day Easy Returns & Replacements

At Swarnapadma Paridhan, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order isn’t quite right, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery — because great style should always feel perfect.

✔ Eligible for Return/Replacement

To keep things fair for everyone:

✔ Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

✔ Original tags and packaging must be intact

✔ Product must be in resalable condition

✔ Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

❌ Not Eligible

✔ Products showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage

✔ Items returned without original tags

✔ Products purchased during final clearance / special sale.

🔁 Replacement

We want you to love your purchase. If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges subject to the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the requested size and color.

• Each product is eligible for one exchange only. 

• Exchange requests made after a product has already been exchanged once, will not be eligible for further exchanges.

• If an incorrect, damaged, or defective product is received, please contact us with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. Such cases will be reviewed separately and will not count toward the one-exchange limit.

• Return shipping and exchange shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated during the exchange process.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will provide a store credit or refund, whatever is your preference.

✔ Refunds are processed after quality inspection

✔ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

✔ Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit
